available assistance

A wide range of technical and financial assistance is currently available to private landowners, local governments, business and industry, agriculture and forestry and non-profit organizations to assist in implementing many of the recommendations contained in this plan. Such things as cost-sharing, low-cost loans, grants, income and property tax benefits and planning and management expertise are offered from state and federal agencies and from some non-profit organizations. The National Park Service shall prepare a detailed inventory and analysis of such program within two years after designation of White Clay Creek as a National Wild and Scenic River.
