The White Clay Creek Wild and Scenic River Expansion Act of 2011 was unanimously passed by the Senate on December 29, 2012. This act would preserve an additional nine miles of White Clay Creek and its tributaries at no additional cost to tax payers. Unfortunately, the Bill will need to be reintroduced in the new session of Congress and will need the support of both the House and Senate to become law.
