There is also a special classification, Business Park Zone (BP), which can be overlaid on any district if all the specific requirements are met:

  • The tract shall be entirely the Business Park Zone;
  • The tract shall be developed under a singles master development;
  • Contains the minimum of 25 contiguous acres;
  • Must be environmental suitable land for the type of development proposed;
  • Unique natural features such as the floodplain and steep slope areas shall be preserved through sensitive design;
  • Must be located to provide adequate safe access to a road classified as a collector or arterial; and
  • An Environmental Impact Study and a Traffic Study must be provided.
