Each year, on the first Saturday in May, Delaware State Parks, White Clay Wild and Scenic Program, United Water Delaware, National Park Service and other local organizations celebrate our precious natural resource – the White Clay!
The event is held at the Carpenter Recreation Area in the White Clay Creek State Park in Newark, DE and includes, local food vendors, live music, entertainment acts, local artists and other local organizations with in the watershed. There are crafts and activities for children, hikes through out the park and plenty of opportunities to learn about our watershed. Please visit our events page to learn more about this and other upcoming events.
